Our Brussels Plant
Our 20.000m² production site, where chocolates are made since 1921, is located in Brussels, the heart of chocolate manufacturing.
We are an experienced and passionate team of 220 people, putting our love for chocolates into the creation of memorable taste experiences every single day.
All our products are produced from our own factory and today we are one of few remaining Belgian chocolatiers who still makes praliné in our own kitchens.

Our team is a great representation of generations of chocolate lovers. Our plant is certified FSSC 22000 and has up-to-date equipments required to translate your ideas into delicious chocolates.
Our partner
GODIVA Chocolatier is a global leader in premium, artisanal chocolate and our main partner. The company was founded in Brussels in 1926 by Belgian Chocolatier, Pierre Draps. Nearly a century later, GODIVA chocolate is still bursting with quality and Belgian craftsmanship as produced in our Brussels production plant Manufacture Belge de Chocolats.
Our brand
Rosalie’s has been created in 2020 and is produced by Manufacture Belge de Chocolats.
This brand spreads love & kindness through Duty Free and Travel Retail outlets: with Rosalie’s we are showing how we care about the planet and about people.
Rosalie’s offers a range of premium Belgian chocolates, made from the best quality and natural ingredients to create incredible flavour in every bite. The brand commits to be loving & kind to our cocoa farmers and their children, by sourcing 100% sustainable cocoa through the Cocoa Horizons Foundation.
Sustainability also strongly influences Rosalie’s packaging design. Cardboard and paper are FSC-certified and 100% recyclable. Plastic, where used, is made from 75% recycled material and is also 100% recyclable.
